Service Provider: ChineseTalkers International Co., Limited ("ChineseTalkers", "we", "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ChineseTalkers' online Chinese training services. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Service Content
1.1 Service Scope
- Structured online Chinese language courses (HSK, Business Chinese, Children's Chinese)
- Pre-designed curriculum delivered through one-on-one or group sessions
- Supplementary learning materials and progress assessments
1.2 Access Requirements
- Complete registration with verified contact information
- Successful payment processing
- Confirmed class schedule through our booking system
2. User Obligations
2.1 Account Management
- Maintain accurate profile information (email, proficiency level, etc.)
- Secure your login credentials and notify us of unauthorized access
2.2 Usage Restrictions
- No commercial use, reverse engineering, or scraping of platform content
- No sharing of account access or class recordings
2.3 Payment Terms
- All fees are in USD/HKD and exclusive of taxes (if applicable)
- Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled ≥7 days before renewal date
3. Teachers & Courses
3.1 Instructor Qualifications
- All teachers hold recognized teaching certifications
- Teachers undergo regular training and evaluation
3.2 Scheduling Policy
- No refund for cancellations <2 hours or no-shows
- Teacher substitutions may occur with equal qualification
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, logos, platform content, and methodologies are the property of ChineseTalkers International Co., Limited and protected by copyright laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Service Availability
- Not liable for interruptions due to technical failures or force majeure
- Scheduled maintenance will be notified at least 24 hours in advance
5.2 Technical Requirements
- Users responsible for maintaining compatible devices and stable internet
- Minimum 5Mbps bandwidth recommended for video sessions
6. Data Protection
We comply with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO). User data will only be used for service delivery and will not be transferred to third parties without explicit consent.
7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation in Hong Kong. If unresolved, parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
9. Language
In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
