These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ChineseTalkers' online Chinese training services. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Service Content
1.1 Service Scope
- One-on-one online Chinese language instruction
- Customized course planning and progress tracking
- Supplementary learning materials and assessments
1.2 Access Requirements
- Complete registration with verified contact information
- Successful payment processing
- Confirmed class schedule through our booking system
2. User Obligations
2.1 Account Management
- Maintain accurate profile information (email, proficiency level, etc.)
- Secure your login credentials and notify us of unauthorized access
2.2 Usage Restrictions
- No reverse engineering or scraping of platform content
3. Teachers & Courses
3.1 Instructor Qualifications
- All teachers hold recognized teaching certifications
3.2 Scheduling Policy
- Cancellations require ≥2 hours notice via platform
- Late cancellations forfeit the scheduled session
- Teacher substitutions may occur with equal qualification
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 Service Availability
- Not liable for interruptions due to technical failures or force majeure
- Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance
4.2 Technical Requirements
- Users responsible for maintaining compatible devices and stable internet
- Minimum 5Mbps bandwidth recommended for video sessions
5. Breach of Terms

6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
