Service Provider: ChineseTalkers International Co., Limited ("ChineseTalkers","we", "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong (Address: Rm D07, 8/F, Kai Tak Fty Building, No. 99 King Fuk Street, Sanpokong, Kowloon, Hong Kong).
1. Trial Lesson Refund Rules
1.1 Trial Lesson Refund Conditions

Important: Trial lessons follow different rules than regular courses. Any attendance (even partial) makes the trial lesson non-refundable.
1.2 Additional Terms
- Trial lesson purchases cannot be converted to regular course credits
- Trial refunds are processed separately from regular course refunds
2. Regular Course Package Refund Rules
2.1 Refund Periods

2.2 Refund Calculation
Refund Formula: (Original Amount × Usage Tier %) - 6% Processing Fee
Example: HKD 1,000 package with 5% used: (1000 × 0.85) - 60 = HKD 790

Non-Refundable Cases
- Any trial lesson that has been used (full or partial)
- Regular courses with >30% usage
- Past the refund deadline for the relevant package (refer to Table 2.1)
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request
- Email to service@chinesetalkers.com with:
- Order number
- Payment proof
- Reason for refund
- We will respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 5 business days
3.2 Processing Times

4. Policy Administration

This policy is governed by Hong Kong law under:

Direct chargebacks without prior contact will result in:
- Account suspension
- HKD 500 dispute fee
- Required video verification for future purchases
