• 3 .Can content be customized for travel or business scenarios?

  Yes! Scenario-based lessons (e.g., airports, hotels, meetings) are provided for immediate use.

• 4 .Are there specialized trainings for speaking/listening/writing?

  Yes! You can focus on weak areas, such as *"30-Day Speaking Crash Course"* or *"Business Writing Training."* 

• 5 .Can the course content be customized to my needs?

  Yes! Teachers will assess your goals (e.g., travel, business, exams) and create a personalized learning plan. 

• 6 .What are the advantages of 1-on-1 lessons over group classes?

  One-on-one lessons are tailored to your personal progress, with the teacher’s 100% focus, ensuring higher teaching quality.

• 7 .What kind of teaching materials do you use?

  We use “HSK Standard Course” as our basis teaching book for Conversational Chinese, while for Business Chinese we use “BCT Standard Course” In addition, we use learning Apps, and our in-house-developed Videos, our Flashcards with Talking Pen and most of all we use our Slow Motion Technique which teaches you Mandarin with just one rule.

  The system recommends similar-level teachers or offers waitlist options.

  Restart anytime; teachers will adapt content to your progress.

• 12 .Can I fix a weekly class time?

  Yes! Fixed scheduling ensures consistent learning. 

• 13 .What’s the earliest/latest class time?

  Earliest: 6:00 AM; latest: 12:00 AM (Beijing Time). Special requests can be arranged.

• 14 .Do teachers teach during holidays?

  Most teach normally; major holidays (e.g., Chinese New Year) are announced in advance.

• 15 .Are intensive holiday courses available?

  Yes! Summer/winter crash courses with daily lessons.
