  All are native speakers with standard Mandarin. Some teachers offer regional dialects (e.g., Cantonese/Taiwanese accent). 

• 3 .Do teachers have a Chinese teaching certification?

  All teachers hold an International Chinese Language Teaching Certificate.

• 4 .Can absolute beginners enroll?

  Absolutely! Starting from pinyin and basic conversations, 60% of our students begin with zero prior knowledge. 

• 5 .Are self-developed or general textbooks used for the courses?

  A combination: self-designed engaging materials + authoritative textbooks like *HSK Standard Course*, *YCT Standard Course*, *BCT Standard Course*, and *Boya Chinese*.

• 6 .Are there specialized courses for children/business professionals/HSK test preparation?

  Yes! Children’s courses include gamified teaching, business courses focus on workplace scenarios, and HSK courses follow standard curricula.

• 7 .Are the courses live or pre-recorded? Can I interact with the teacher?

  100% live one-on-one teaching with real instructors. Full real-time interaction is supported, including voice, text, and screen sharing.

• 8 .What payment methods and currencies are accepted?

  We support multi-currency accounts (including USD, EUR, JPY, and 30+ other currencies). Your account details will be visible after registration. If you need support for additional currencies, please contact our customer service for assistance.
